The portal is created to redress complaints of consumers in accordance with Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum & Electricity Ombudsman) Regulations, 2020.
Consumer can submit their complaints on the portal. Following types of complaints can be registered.

- Change Of Name
- New Connection
- Website
- Call Centre
- ECS / NACH / Payment
- Mobile Number / Email updation
- Theft of Electricity
- Unauthorised use
- Any Other
You may approach concerned Divisional Engineer if you do not get a satisfactory redressal of your complaint.
